Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. You will be provided a full refund, minus shipping charges, provided the item is returned in new and unused condition. We cannot accept a return of an item with any indication that is has been used.
Prior to shipping your return to us, please first obtain a return authorization and a mailing address by sending an email to sales@theshoul.com or calling customer service at ( 805 ) 494-8341.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of returned merchandise.
In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, or if there is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures, but take care to ship the merchandise back to us with the same packaging in which it arrived to you and include a description of the damage.
